New Cigna HealthCare plan for California’s veterans says it’s a ‘gold standard’

New Ciba Insurance is proposing a health plan for veteran families, offering discounts on medical care and savings on medical equipment.

The new Cignas policy will cover all veterans under 18, including those in active duty or National Guard duty, in their final months of service, according to a statement from the company.

Veterans can get discounts of up to 30 percent on prescriptions, equipment and supplies.

The Cignos plan will be offered through an online portal and a limited number of locations across the country.

The program is based on a pilot program launched in California, and will be rolled out across the state in the coming months, according the statement.

Ciba will begin offering this new insurance for the first time in 2018.

The company’s statement did not specify what benefits the new plan offers, and the company’s website did not provide details.

The new policy will be the first of its kind offered in California and is not eligible for federal subsidies.
